A little about me…

I inherited a love of cooking and baking from my grandparents, who showed me that farm-fresh ingredients and just the right amount of sweetness can always bring people together.

A native of Ojai, CA, I was classically trained during the culinary renaissance that took place in turn-of-the-century Portland, OR. This foundation in culinary technique and creative expression was followed with several years cooking and eating through some of New York City's most venerated kitchens. I specialize in new concept development and existing concept revitalization having worked openings in Portland, New York City, Santa Barbara, Taiwan, Qatar and most recently in Savannah, GA.
